What Is TempSure®?
TempSure® is a 300W, 4MHz monopolar radiofrequency platform developed by Cynosure®. It heats the deep layers of the dermis to trigger the body’s natural collagen production process, leading to gradual tissue remodeling and improved skin firmness without disrupting the skin’s surface. The platform’s Therapeutic Logic Control (TLC) technology activates a treatment timer only after tissue reaches the target therapeutic temperature, ensuring consistent, measurable energy delivery with every session.

The TempSure® Treatment
TempSure® sessions are designed to be comfortable and efficient. Most clients describe the sensation as a consistent, warming feeling. Cynosure’s® own data indicates that 96% of patients characterized their TempSure® experience as comfortable. There is no need for topical anesthesia in most cases, and treatments require no downtime, allowing clients to return to their routines the same day. Sessions vary in length depending on the treatment area. A targeted facial treatment, such as crow’s feet or the periorbital zone, typically takes less than 30 minutes. Larger body areas may require additional time. The protocol generally ranges from 1 treatment for facial areas to a minimum of 6 to 8 sessions for body indications, spaced every 7 to 14 days. Your provider will outline the recommended number of sessions during your consultation. Results from TempSure® develop gradually as collagen remodeling occurs. Most clients begin to notice improvements in skin firmness and texture within several weeks, with continued enhancement over the following months.

TempSure® Envi — Face and Neck
TempSure® Envi addresses wrinkles and skin laxity in areas where precision matters most. Using handpieces from 10mm to 20mm, it targets forehead lines, frown lines, crow’s feet, and smile lines. The 10mm eyeEnvi handpiece was purpose-built for the delicate periorbital zone, heating the deep dermis to stimulate new collagen formation without disrupting the epidermis.
TempSure® Firm — Body
TempSure® Firm applies temperature-controlled RF to larger body areas using handpieces from 25mm to 60mm, targeting laxity and early cellulite appearance across the abdomen, arms, buttocks, and thighs. A minimum of 6 to 8 sessions, spaced every 7 to 14 days, is recommended for optimal results. Staying well hydrated before and after treatment supports tissue response.
TempSure® Vitalia — Women’s Wellness: TempSure® Vitalia is the only true temperature-controlled RF probe designed for women’s intimate wellness. Using dual thermistors and impedance monitoring, it delivers precise therapeutic heat to smaller, difficult-to-reach tissue to reduce discomfort associated with pelvic floor changes. The treatment is non-invasive, requires no anesthesia, and most clients resume normal activities immediately.
